How It Works
1 / Gather Your Donations
Gather all items that are for the donation to Hazel + Ry. Before sending please be sure to go over which items are accepted and which items are not.
2 / Pack It Up/ Ship It
Once all items are gathered pack them up and ship them out to our Hazel + Ry Donation location. You can find the address listed in our address.
3 / Fill Out Donation Form
After shipping out the donations please be sure to fill out our Donation form which can be found under contact us in the menu bar or at the bottom of the home page. This is a way for you to get your credit to use at our online store. All donations are very much appreciated !

We are so grateful for every donation that helps us continue providing quality, affordable items for families. Please review our donation policy below before sending items.

Donation Guidelines

All donated items are subject to approval upon receipt.

Items must be gently used, like-new, or new with tags.

Hazel + Ry reserves the right to decline any items that do not meet our quality standards.
Points & Memberships

Donation points are awarded only to active Hazel + Ry members.

We happily accept donations from non-members, however, points will not be issued without an active membership.

Points are added after items are received, reviewed, and approved.
Shipping & Handling

Donors are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Hazel + Ry does not provide prepaid labels or reimburse shipping fees for donations.
Donation Point Values
Points are awarded after items are received and approved:

Clothing:
5 items = 100 points ($1) -
Toys:
2 toys = 100 points ($1) -
Furniture (under 5 lbs):
1 item = 200 points ($2) -
Items over 5 lbs:
Reviewed individually; points determined after inspection
Point values may vary depending on condition, brand, and resale potential.
